Everything you ever wanted to know about eggs!
Hi Everyone! Today I have a very exciting blog post to share with you. It is all about eggs! Now, I have a history with eggs that some of you may know about. When I was a grad student at Cornell, I did research on congenital heart defects with chick embryos, so I literally became an expert on eggs, and embryonic development! Iced Tea Lemonade Cocktail
Okay so I found my new favorite summer cocktail! It is soooooo yummy and a totally different drink than anything I have ever had. It is an Iced Tea Lemonade Cocktail, made with Sweet Tea Vodka! Let me tell you, this vodka is amazing and really does taste like sweet tea! The vodka that I used is Firefly brand, and it comes from South Carolina. They are such a yummy treat, and they totally cool her off on a hot day and she perks right up! I know that…

Fish Tacos with Pineapple Salsa
This is one of my favorite summer recipes and it tastes like it isn’t easy, but it totally is! These tacos are also super healthy. They are really different from your traditional taco, but even more delicious in my opinion, but you will have to check them out for yourselves! Please let me know what you think!!! :-) Ingredients: 8 corn tortillas 1 1/3 lbs Mahi Mahi filets 2 tsp olive oil Cajun seasoning 4 oz. Queso Panela, crumbled (This is a really yummy Mexican cheese, that is like a mild feta. If you can’t find it you could substitute shredded Monterrey jack cheese. Wegman’s sells this cheese.) 1…
