    Healthy Fudgsicles

The other night my husband and I were eating some oat milk fudge bars from Trader Joes.  They were delicious, but I thought to myself, I can make these myself, healthier and cheaper.  So I decided to develop a recipe of my own.  These frozen fudge bars are sweetened with banana, and fresh dates.  I added no extra sugar!  I used almond coconut milk, so that they are plant based.  I brought back raw cacao from our trip to Costa Rica from Two Little Monkeys Farm, which made them extra special!  These healthy fudgsicles are also the easiest to make!  I hope you will enjoy the recipe on a hot…

    Basil Jelly

Something that I greatly enjoy is gardening.  I only have a small townhome, so all of my plants must be potted, but I am currently growing basil, and I have a wonderful crop this year.  My mom suggested that I make basil jelly, and shared her recipe with me.  It came out delicious and I wanted to share it with you all today.  This jelly is very unique and gives a wonderful flavor to toast in the morning, or in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Butternut Squash Turkey Chili

Hello Everyone!  I would just like to share that I bought a jasmine plant about a month ago, and it is finally in bloom!  I am so happy that I have been able to keep it alive, and also that I live in Florida, and there is no snow! Today I am going to share a recipe for Butternut Squash Turkey Chili.  It is completely Whole30 compliant, and also Paleo compliant; so it’s super healthy.  It is also super easy, and truly a one pot meal!  Instead of using beans, as a traditional chili, I substitute butternut squash.  It lightens it up and gives the chili a whole…

    Mini Pavlovas

Have you ever heard of a Pavlova before? If not, you are missing out. This is a crispy, airy, light, delicious dessert! Apparently it is a traditional Australian dessert named after Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. Basically, it is a crispy meringue topped with whipped cream and fruit. I made it for a gathering that I had at my house and it was a huge hit. I have made a large single Pavlova before, but this time I decided to make individual Mini Pavlovas and it was much easier to eat and less messy! I hope you all will enjoy this recipe as much as I do!

These are basically delicious acai smoothie bowls, made with granola, fruit, and other toppings.  Acai is nutritious berry grown in Brazil.  It is packed with healthy antioxidants, however it is quite sour, so it is good to mix it in with other…
