    Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Today I am going to share a very easy recipe for banana chocolate chip muffins.  This is based off of the recipe that my mom uses to make banana chocolate chip bread, but with a few modifications of my own, and also as muffins instead of bread.  It is delicious as a breakfast, served with eggs, or as a sweet snack, or dessert!  I am not a big fan of bananas when they are overly ripe, and this recipe is a great way to use those up.  I hope that you all will enjoy the recipe!

It also works very nicely on a charcuterie board. Have you ever wanted to make homemade jams or jellies, and thought “that is…

    Tabouli Salad

Hello everyone!  It has been a very long time since I have posted, but I am ready to start blogging again!  Today I am going to share with you one of my favorite salad recipes from my childhood.  It is called Tabouli.  This is an Arabic salad that my Sitto (Grandmother in Arabic) used to make all the time!  This is a wonderful, refreshing, healthy summer dish that I hope you all will enjoy too!
