    Hi everyone!  Tonight I want to share with you a recipe for ranch dressing.  Ranch dressing is my Dad’s favorite salad dressing and I have tried time and again to make it for him, but not with the best results.  I was stupidly trying to make ranch dressing without buttermilk, because I don’t normally keep it in my kitchen and my Mom doesn’t keep it in hers either.  I tried sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, yogurt, and various other combinations of ingredients, with only so-so results.     Guacamole

    I don’t know about you all, but I love avocados!  One of my favorite snacks or appetizers is guacamole, and it is really easy to make!  Many of the pre-made versions you can buy in the store actually do not contain very much avocado, and may contain additives and preservatives that I do NOT want in my food.  For this reason I like to make my own guacamole and enjoy the fresh taste and health benefits of real avocados.  I know that it is slightly more work, but I am sure once you try it you will not want to go back!  I hope you all enjoy this recipe!
