    Firstly I would like to wish you all a Happy New Years and Merry Christmas!!!     Open a Pomegranate

    Since pomegranates are still in season it is a really great time to enjoy them!  This time of year most grocery stores carry them and they are easy to find.  I suspect that a lot of people don’t know how to open pomegranates and eat them easily, so they either avoid them because they are inconvenient to eat, or pay top dollar for arils (the pomegranate seeds) that are already removed.  I don’t know about you guys, but I used to be one of these people!!
