Tabouli Salad
Hello everyone! It has been a very long time since I have posted, but I am ready to start blogging again! Today I am going to share with you one of my favorite salad recipes from my childhood. It is called Tabouli. This is an Arabic salad that my Sitto (Grandmother in Arabic) used to make all the time! This is a wonderful, refreshing, healthy summer dish that I hope you all will enjoy too!

Potato Latkes
Hi Everyone! I recently started watching the Amazon show, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. If you haven’t seen it, you really should. Season two just came out, and it is hilarous! I don’t know why, but I have been in the mood for asparagus lately, and that led me to come up with this delicious way to prepare it.…

Fortunately for me most of my busyness has been good! I have had lots of good times with my family, my boyfriend Phil, and his family too! Admittedly, I did get a little bit off track with Weight Watchers and tracking, so I am a little bit afraid to weigh in this Saturday, but I am pumped to get back on track and lose the last ten pounds that I am hoping to lose!…

Curried Cauliflower
Hi Everyone! Last night for dinner I had an idea that I was pretty excited about… and it came out even better than I thought! I got the idea from Wegmans (I know… big surprise!) six dollar meals. One of the side dishes they offer is curried cauliflower, which I have gotten before and enjoyed. So I decided to try to duplicate the recipe and it came out even better! I was super impressed! This dish is super low in points, very healthy, and it is delicious; like regular roasted cauliflower, but with a seriously awesome amped up flavor! It is also super easy (and fun!) to make! I hope…
