I don’t know about you all, but I love avocados! One of my favorite snacks or appetizers is guacamole, and it is really easy to make! Many of the pre-made versions you can buy in the store actually do not contain very much avocado, and may contain additives and preservatives that I do NOT want in my food. For this reason I like to make my own guacamole and enjoy the fresh taste and health benefits of real avocados. I absolutely love avocados, they are full of healthy fats, and really yummy too! I made this recipe up, because I do not really like mayonnaise and it is an easy and nutritious lunch to bring with me to work.
