    So this weekend is graduation weekend for many colleges.  I live in a college town, and honestly, I cannot wait for the undergrads to be gone!  Everything will be so much less crowded!  This weekend my little sister Katie graduated with her masters degree in speech pathology.  I am so proud of her!  Congratulations Katie, and congratulations to all new college grads!!!     Yogurt and Cereal

    Yogurt and Cereal — A Healthy Breakfast!     Blueberry Nut Baked Oatmeal

    Hi Everyone!  I know that spring is on it’s way (and I cant wait!), but the snow is still here… On a cold morning I like to have a warm and comforting breakfast, like oatmeal! Today I am going to share with you my recipe for blueberry nut baked oatmeal.  This really is a treat for me to have for breakfast, as I normally stick with cereal and yogurt for breakfast, or a protein smoothie.  One recipe makes six servings, so for me this lasts about a week.  I also would imagine that this would freeze well if you wanted to store these for an easy breakfast later on.  This…
