    Hi Everyone!  I am so excited because this weekend I am flying to Hilton Head Island for a vacation and to visit my little sister!  Soooo excited to lay on the beach and soak up some sun and warm weather!!!  Since it is still winter here and the snow does not want to leave I thought of a way to share some of the island paradise with you all.  Today I am sharing my recipe for pineapple upside down cake.  What screams tropical more than pineapple!?!?!  Anyways, I hope this recipe brings you all some warmth, and that you enjoy!!!     My sister is moving to South Carolina for a couple of months and I am going to miss her so much! :-( For a going away present I decided to make her Tiramisu, which is her favorite dessert.  This is a luscious Italian dessert, made from eggs, marscapone cheese, and lady fingers.  This dessert is sooo decadent and rich and delicious; I just know that you all will love it!  It also really isn’t even that hard to make, and doesn’t require any baking…  The only downside is…. its really not healthy.  But, we all have to splurge occasionally right?!?!  RIGHT!?!?!  But anyways… here is the recipe!
