    The other night my husband and I were eating some oat milk fudge bars from Trader Joes.  They were delicious, but I thought to myself, I can make these myself, healthier and cheaper.  So I decided to develop a recipe of my own.  These frozen fudge bars are sweetened with banana, and fresh dates.  I added no extra sugar!  I used almond coconut milk, so that they are plant based.  I brought back raw cacao from our trip to Costa Rica from Two Little Monkeys Farm, which made them extra special!  These healthy fudgsicles are also the easiest to make!  I hope you will enjoy the recipe on a hot…

    Strawberry Breakfast Muffins

        Hi Everyone!  It is strawberry season here in Florida, so strawberries are in abundance!  I decided to make these strawberry breakfast muffins to take to work and they were a huge hit!  People were coming to my office asking for more all day even after they were gone.  I adapted this recipe from a blueberry muffin recipe that I like to use and I actually think that the strawberries tasted even better!  These muffins are super easy to make, and are just barely sweetened, so they are not unhealthy either.  I think they would be delicious served up with a scrambled egg for a nutritious balanced breakfast.   They…
