    Okay, I have an adventure to tell you about with this recipe!  It all started when my little sister Laura brought a bunch of of her friends home for a weekend awhile back.  I went home as well to meet them and hang out…. and also to learn how to make Korean Barbeque, otherwise known as, Bulgogi, from her friend Jaewon (Thank you Jaewon!!!).  While my sister was showing her friends around our hometown, my mom and I did the prep work for this dish.  We, chopped up mushrooms, green onions, carrots, and onions.  We also marinated the meat.
