    Hi Everyone!  Things have just been super crazy busy for me lately!  I don’t know what it is, but things just do NOT want to happen easily for me this week!  When I have tons of craziness during the day, I crave chocolate.  But….     I don’t know about you all, but I love avocados!  One of my favorite snacks or appetizers is guacamole, and it is really easy to make!  Many of the pre-made versions you can buy in the store actually do not contain very much avocado, and may contain additives and preservatives that I do NOT want in my food.  For this reason I like to make my own guacamole and enjoy the fresh taste and health benefits of real avocados.  I know that it is slightly more work, but I am sure once you try it you will not want to go back!  I hope you all enjoy this recipe!
