So it is definitely fall! The weather is starting to get colder and it has even snowed here in the Northeast, although it did not stick. I am sure it is only a short while before we will have oodles of snow! When the weather is cold, I really like to enjoy hot cocoa, but the powdered mixes are often high in points, and contain hydrogenated oils or trans fat… which is not a good thing! Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Last week at work we had a Fall Harvest Potluck for lunch! I wanted to make something with a fall theme, so I decided to try to make pumpkin cheesecake bars. I got my inspiration from this website, and just substituted a few ingredients based on what I had. The results were really delicious, and I think that everyone enjoyed them! This is one of my favorite summer recipes and it tastes like it isn’t easy, but it totally is! These tacos are also super healthy. They are really different from your traditional taco, but even more delicious in my opinion, but you will have to check them out for yourselves!
