Hi Everyone! Since I started doing Weight Watchers I have been eating a lot more fruits and vegetables, mostly because they are zero points. They are also a healthy and delicious snack! Hi everyone! Tonight I want to share with you a recipe for ranch dressing. Ranch dressing is my Dad’s favorite salad dressing and I have tried time and again to make it for him, but not with the best results. I was stupidly trying to make ranch dressing without buttermilk, because I don’t normally keep it in my kitchen and my Mom doesn’t keep it in hers either. I tried sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, yogurt, and various other combinations of ingredients, with only so-so results. So as many of you probably know, I started Weight Watchers last summer and have lost about 31lbs! I still have a little ways to go; but the program really works! The recipe that I am going to blog about tonight is adapted from their new cookbook Turn Up the Flavor. I have to say that so far I have enjoyed the cookbook, and the recipes I have tried all have been good.
