Healthy Cookie Dough Dip
Okay, I know what your thinking… cookie dough dip? How could this be healthy!?! Well… this cookie dough dip is healthy and it totally doesn’t taste healthy either! I made this for my bible study and it was a big hit! No one guessed that it was healthy or had any idea that my secret ingredient was beans until I told them! Yup beans! This dip is full of protein, and only uses healthy sweeteners (agave nectar and stevia). I hope you all enjoy this recipe and will give it a try!!!
I got my inspiration from a post by Chocolate Covered Katie, and you all should definitely check out her blog as she has TONS of healthy dessert recipes!
Healthy Cookie Dough Dip
1 Can of Cannellini Beans, rinsed and drained (about 1 1/2 cups)
4 tbsp Almond Milk (unsweetened)
3 tbsp Raw Oatmeal
1tsp Agave Nectar
20 drops of NuNaturals Liquid Stevia (I like the liquid stevia best because it does not have any added starch filler like the powders; it also tastes better!)
1/8 tsp of Salt
3 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 cup of 60% Dark Chocolate Chips (I like Ghirardelli)
OK, this recipe is really easy. Put all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and it is ready to serve! I served this with apples, graham crackers, and pretzels, but I also think strawberries would be nice too. The apples were definitely the most popular choice to eat the dip with and as an added bonus they are zero WWPP! Enjoy!
Serves 10, WWPP 3 per serving

I’ve been wanting to try this dip- I’ve seen recipes like this that use the cannellini beans as the base (as opposed to like cream cheese which would be amazing but not healthy at all haha) but I’ve been too nervous to try it! Yours looks delicious.
