Homemade Hot Cocoa
So it is definitely fall! The weather is starting to get colder and it has even snowed here in the Northeast, although it did not stick. I am sure it is only a short while before we will have oodles of snow! When the weather is cold, I really like to enjoy hot cocoa, but the powdered mixes are often high in points, and contain hydrogenated oils or trans fat… which is not a good thing!
Last night, I came up with this recipe for homemade hot cocoa, and it is low in points and has no artificial ingredients, like partially hydrogenated oil! My boyfriend and I enjoyed it while watching a movie, and it was perfect on a cold night! I hope you all enjoy it!
