Crock-Pot Moroccan Chicken Stew
This recipe is one that my husband and I have recently started making. It is super easy as you can just throw all of the ingredients into the crock pot and then just leave it all day. The smell is amazing with all of the spices in this stew and fills the house. The chicken thighs are moist and delicious and make a wonderful stew. Hi Everyone! Today I want to share with you a very simple recipe that is perfect during lent for meatless Fridays. My sitto (grandma in Arabic) used to make it all the time! It is extremely easy to make, delicious, and very healthy! This meal goes very well with any kind of pickles and also beets. I served mine with pickled beets and baby dill pickles.
