Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Today I am going to share a very easy recipe for banana chocolate chip muffins. This is based off of the recipe that my mom uses to make banana chocolate chip bread, but with a few modifications of my own, and also as muffins instead of bread. It is delicious as a breakfast, served with eggs, or as a sweet snack, or dessert! I am not a big fan of bananas when they are overly ripe, and this recipe is a great way to use those up. Healthy Cookie Dough Dip
Okay, I know what your thinking… cookie dough dip? How could this be healthy!?! Well… this cookie dough dip is healthy and it totally doesn’t taste healthy either! I made this for my bible study and it was a big hit! No one guessed that it was healthy or had any idea that my secret ingredient was beans until I told them! Yup beans! This dip is full of protein, and only uses healthy sweeteners (agave nectar and stevia). I hope you all enjoy this recipe and will give it a try!!!
