So this weekend is graduation weekend for many colleges. I live in a college town, and honestly, I cannot wait for the undergrads to be gone! Everything will be so much less crowded! Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my blog! This is my first post, and I would like to share with you today a recipe for Avocado Egg Salad! I absolutely love avocados, they are full of healthy fats, and really yummy too! I made this recipe up, because I do not really like mayonnaise and it is an easy and nutritious lunch to bring with me to work.
