Crock-Pot Moroccan Chicken Stew
This recipe is one that my husband and I have recently started making. It is super easy as you can just throw all of the ingredients into the crock pot and then just leave it all day. The smell is amazing with all of the spices in this stew and fills the house. The chicken thighs are moist and delicious and make a wonderful stew. It is completely Whole30 compliant, and also Paleo compliant; so it’s super healthy. It is also super easy, and truly a one pot meal! Instead of using beans, as a traditional chili, I substitute butternut squash. It lightens it up and gives the chili a whole…

Today I am going to share my recipe for huevos rancheros. This meal was actually my boyfriend’s idea. We were kind of joking around about this dish, and then I was like I think I could make this! So we decided to give it a try! I went on pinterest to get some ideas and to understand the basics of the recipe, and I came up with my own version. I think it came out wonderfully, and it…
