Healthy Fudgsicles
The other night my husband and I were eating some oat milk fudge bars from Trader Joes. They were delicious, but I thought to myself, I can make these myself, healthier and cheaper. So I decided to develop a recipe of my own. These frozen fudge bars are sweetened with banana, and fresh dates. I added no extra sugar! I used almond coconut milk, so that they are plant based. I brought back raw cacao from our trip to Costa Rica from Two Little Monkeys Farm, which made them extra special! These healthy fudgsicles are also the easiest to make! I hope you will enjoy the recipe on a hot summer day! Please comment below and let me know how you like them!
Healthy Fudgsicles
These healthy fudgsicles are all natural, with no added sugar and 100% scrumptious!
Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana
- 4 fresh dates (or dried if you do not have fresh)
- 3 Tbsp raw cacao powder (regular cocoa powder will also work)
- 1 cup almond coconut milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
- 1 pinch of sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until completely pulvarized and smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- After 4 hours (or more) remove fudgsicles from the freezer and run warm water over the mold to remove pops.
- Enjoy your delicious fudgsicles!
Notes
My popsicle mold kit holds about a cup and a half of liquid, so this recipe just enough to fill all of my molds. If yours hold more, you may double the recipe.
