Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Today I am going to share a very easy recipe for banana chocolate chip muffins. This is based off of the recipe that my mom uses to make banana chocolate chip bread, but with a few modifications of my own, and also as muffins instead of bread. It is delicious as a breakfast, served with eggs, or as a sweet snack, or dessert! I am not a big fan of bananas when they are overly ripe, and this recipe is a great way to use those up. I hope that you all will enjoy the recipe!
A delicious and easy banana chocolate chip muffin recipe. These tasty muffins area a great way to use up ripe bananas before they go bad, in fact the riper the better! You also can add a half a cup of chopped walnuts if you prefer, but my husband and I prefer without nuts.
